He has experience in various industries including retail, petroleum c-store, quick service restaurants and online education. He is committed to the payment industry and maintaining a merchant perspective. Doug is active in associations such as NACS and PCATS and has led presentations at many industry tradeshows on Alternative Payments, PCI Compliance and the state of the industry. Doug is responsible for ongoing strategic leadership, business development and operations for Lakeshore Payments.

Anna draws on over a decade of experience in electronic payments and business development. She has worked with a variety of companies from industry leaders such as Walgreen Co. and Fifth Third Bank to consulting and real estate start-ups. In her prior roles she has brought tremendous value to her clients by providing strategic and tactical solutions to reduce acceptance costs and implement successful enterprise payment programs. Anna has payment experience in various industry sectors including real estate and property management, B2B, professional services and the public sector. Her leadership in the industry is demonstrated by active participation in professional, business and networking associations as well as her role as a founding board member for the W.net Chicago LINC chapter. Anna is responsible for strategic partnerships, business development and product development.

Throughout her career she has managed software development/quality assurance efforts for over 10 point of sale product platforms and certified 23 versions of point of sale software.

Jim brings over 20 years of financial and operational expertise to W. Capra. Prior to joining W. Capra Jim was the Risk Manager for the Amoco private label card portfolio where his responsibilities included managing payment acceptance issues including relationships with private label issuers, bankcard associations, merchant banks and fleet programs. In addition, Jim was accountable for managing interchange fees, fraud, chargeback and settlement issues. Jim has led various projects for W. Capra including payment strategies, payment architectures and product design efforts.

Dale draws on more than 20 years of experience in electronic payments and financial services. He has managed and participated in a variety of projects with large retailers to align payment strategies, improve the cost effectiveness and delivery capabilities of payment activities, define strategies centered on payment technology capabilities as well as assess and turn around complex payment projects.
